Our Policy

At Apex Matt, we want every rider and supporter to feel confident in their purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be returned with original packaging and tags attached

  • Sale or limited-drop items may be final sale (this will be noted on the product page)

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval. Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.


Exchanges

Need a different size or item?

  • Exchanges are accepted for size or product swaps, subject to availability

  • Items must meet the same condition requirements as returns

  • We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to reserve the replacement item

If the item you want is no longer available, we’ll issue a refund instead.


How to Start a Return or Exchange

  1. Visit our Contact page or email us with your order number

  2. Let us know whether you’re requesting a return or exchange

  3. We’ll provide next steps and return instructions

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.


Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • Apex Matt is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Apex Matt is a youth-focused brand built around growth, effort, and the journey. Many of our products are produced in limited quantities, so we encourage double-checking sizing and details before ordering.
